Our parasols are constructed from marine-grade aluminium, which is fully resistant to corrosion. The canopy is crafted from 100% solution-dyed acrylic, offering superior durability and resistance to fading.
What does the installation process entail?
The installation process depends on the surface type where the parasol will be installed:
- Concrete or stone surfaces: We use a resin-fixed inground base or surface plate, securely installed into the ground.
- Decking: We ensure access below the deck to fix the base securely with bolts.
- Flowerbeds or soft ground: An inground base is the ideal solution for these surfaces.

Can you install into a flower bed?
Yes, parasols can be installed in a flowerbed. For this type of installation, we recommend using our inground base to ensure stability.
Are the parasols suitable for a rooftop?
Yes, all our parasols are suitable for use on rooftops. However, for certain rooftop installations you may require the use of a movable base rather than an inground fitting due to structural considerations.
If I have it installed and I move house, what happens?
Unbolt the parasol from the spigot and unscrew the spigot from the inground base. Bring these components to your new property, and contact us to arrange a new inground base installation, or we can supply one for self-installation.
Where do I store the parasol in the winter?
Absolutely. To store your parasol during the winter months:
- Store in a dry, protected space to ensure longevity.
- Unscrew the parasol and spigot from the inground base.
- Clean and dry all components thoroughly.
