Case Study Ben Fogle
Sun Smart Living, All Year Round...
Renowned adventurer, broadcaster, and author, Ben Fogle, was introduced to Instashade during his visit to our exhibition at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in 2023. After viewing our product range on display & engaging in informative discussions with our specialized team, Mr Fogle expressed keen interest in acquiring his very own Instashade Parasol to enhance his magnificent garden at his new residence.
As an avid enthusiast of the great outdoors, Mr Fogle recognized the importance of having an outdoor space that not only facilitates relaxation but also provides essential protection against any harmful effects of UV rays. This imperative requirement led him to select our Aurora Parasol, due to its unparalleled tilt and rotation capabilities. These key features ensure that the parasol can cast shade precisely where desired, effectively shielding Mr Fogle whilst lounging on his garden law sofa or when he gathers on his outdoor dining table with family and friends for any al fresco dining.
To guarantee the utmost stability and resilience in the face of the unpredictable British weather, our in-ground concrete parasol base was expertly installed by our installation team. Mr Fogle also opted for our wood effect finished frame, seamlessly blending the parasol with the natural surroundings of his outdoor space, creating a harmonious union between our product and the environment.
Mr Fogle conveyed his profound satisfaction with his parasol, stating, “Having this parasol is the perfect way to enjoy the garden whilst having protection from the sun. I love the outdoors, but after decades of filming in the outdoors, I also know the importance of sun protection and that is why I love my Instashade Parasol.”
When asked on his favourite feature of the Aurora Parasol, Mr Fogle lauded the rotation functionality, emphasizing, “The best thing about this Instashade Parasol is that we can have protection over the seating area and then swing it around so that the family can gather around the table and we are still protected from the sun.”
